Without changing a single thing about your posture, I want you to just notice how you are sitting right now. Are your shoulders subtly bracing? Are your teeth clenching hard? Does your breath feel strapped high in your chest?
As women, we are fluent in the language of endurance. We are so fiercely capable of managing our lives and holding the emotional load for everyone else that we develop a very quiet habit: we learn to live almost entirely from the neck up. We begin to treat our own physical bodies like an inbox we will simply clear out later. We feel the gripping in our jaw, the mental fog, the looping anxious thoughts, and the quiet physical ache — and we just brush it off. We become highly functioning on the outside while quietly disconnecting from our own internal selves on the inside. I want to validate that experience. This is how we survive. But quiet baseline depletion is not your natural state.
Welcome to Yogneeti. I am Sakshi, a yoga teacher with a somatic approach, and this space is dedicated to helping women safely rebuild the bridge between their mind and body — unapologetically supporting the unique needs of women through every phase of their wellness journey.
Before we take another breath, I want to establish our boundary of safety. This library provides holistic yoga and somatic education. It is a sanctuary, not a medical clinic. If you are navigating an acute injury or experiencing blinding physical pain, please consult your clinician. But if you are ready to unlearn the habit of brushing yourself off, if you are ready to quiet the mental loops and rebuild your holistic capacity from the inside out, you are exactly where you need to be.
When we finally decide to carve out time for ourselves, the wellness industry is ready with engaging, high-energy workouts designed to give us an immediate mood boost. But distracting an exhausted body does not build true emotional or physical resilience, and you cannot outthink an exhausted mind. You have to use the body to access the mind. At Yogneeti, our practices are intentionally unhurried. We use mindful, beautiful, deliberate repetitions to strip away the noise and build understanding. We use this slowness to help your nervous system register safety. When we gently release the physical armour, the emotional holding patterns naturally begin to soften. This is how we restore true mental clarity.
This is the Yogneeti Practice Library. It is an inclusive, beginner-friendly, accessible, premium sanctuary, tailored to meet you exactly where your energy is today, offering intentional support for the evolving needs of women through every season of their practice. This is a complete holistic ecosystem rooted in authentic yoga with somatic awareness, with attention to details so that nothing is left for guesswork during your practice. We go far beyond physical stretching. We integrate targeted breathwork to shift your internal chemistry, deep meditation for profound mental stillness, and the subtle power of somatic hand gestures — mudras — internal locks, and resonant sound to anchor your emotional state.
If your mind is racing at your desk, open our Quick Shift folder for a three-minute seated eye-tracking reset. To keep your body fluid, our Daily Rhythms guide you through moving meditations. When you’re holding physical or emotional tension, our Targeted Relief restorative practices use walls and bolsters to gently support you. And as you feel ready to expand, our Vitality and Capacity folder safely builds internal heat, strength, stamina, and postural confidence — targeted practices, with one new progressive session added every single week.
To work with a private guide to cultivate this level of holistic mind-body integration often requires a significant financial investment. While we do offer immersive protocols for deep, specific support, this Practice Library is designed to be your steadfast daily anchor. Because this space is built entirely on your autonomy, I want your decision to step inside to feel effortless. I invite you to experience the Practice Library today with a seven-day free trial. Do a five-minute desk release. Build gentle heat with a morning mobility flow. Notice the undeniable shift in your emotional clarity and physical posture.
Wherever you are right now, I invite you to place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. Take a breath that actually moves your ribs, and let it fall out. You do not have to live purely from the neck up anymore. If you’re ready to safely rebuild your mental clarity, your physical vitality, and your profound rest, choose your pathway below. I look forward to practicing with you inside.
A HOME for the practice.
Your body already carries the intelligence for this — it simply needs somewhere consistent to practice it. The Yogneeti Library is where that happens: curated to meet you exactly where you are today, and built to grow with you as your capacity does. Some days that looks like a seated release to unwind tension. Other days, breath-led movement that meets you further. Here, there is nothing to perform. There is only permission to breathe — and nothing to apologize for if you go further than you meant to.
How does your body feel right now?
Immediate somatic resets using a chair, a wall, or the breath alone. For the moments a stress loop won’t let go — no floor space needed.
Curation: The Chair Anchor.Continuous, wave-like sequences for a body that has been held in one shape too long — a desk, a commute, a long night. Designed for stiffness, moving at the pace the body sets.
Curation: Quadruped Spinal Waves for Morning Stiffness.Highly targeted work for long-held tension patterns: the jaw, the hips, the thoracic spine. Each session addresses a single specific site of stored tension.
Curation: The Desk Reset.Restorative and Yoga Nidra-informed sequences that invite the body’s own settling. Intended for pre-sleep or recovery windows.
Curation: The Sleep Sanctuary.Sequences for the days capacity is returning and the body is ready to meet a little more. Paced to what the body has that day — sometimes slower, sometimes more — but always breath-led, always mindful, quietly building the strength and stamina that carry you through the rest of your day, not just the mat.
Curation: The Dynamic Awakening Flow.

rest.”
Sakshi Juyal
I have been a full-time yoga teacher since 2019 — seven years of guiding women, in person and online. I trained in the classical Hatha tradition at India’s national institute for yoga in New Delhi, I am certified by the Yoga Certification Board, and I grew up in a home where breath, yogic philosophy and Ayurveda were simply part of an ordinary day. My teachings extend far beyond physical postures — embracing Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and somatic meditation.
I built this library for the ordinary Tuesdays — the days there is no pathway to keep, only a body asking for twenty quiet minutes. The nervous system doesn’t respond to willpower — it responds to safety.
Learn More About SakshiFifteen minutes, most days. Here is why that is the ask.
Not because more is better. Because a body that has been running on adrenaline does not settle on a weekend — it settles on a Tuesday, in small, unremarkable amounts, over and over.
-
Regularity, not intensity
A nervous system learns from repetition, not from effort. Practiced enough, steadiness stops being an event and becomes familiar ground. Fifteen minutes you actually do will always outrun ninety you dread.
-
You are not the same body every day
Your energy, your inner weather, even your temperature all move across the month. One fixed routine will fail you for two weeks in four.
-
It removes a decision
By evening you have already decided everything, for everyone. Choosing a practice should not be one more. Everything here is sorted by time, by body, by the state you’re in — so you never have to talk yourself into it. Only choose what’s already there.
-
Rest stops being something you earn
Most of us lie down only once the list is finished — and the list is never finished. A slot in the day makes rest ordinary: scheduled, not owed.
-
You learn your own baseline
Practicing often is how you find out what settled actually feels like in your body — so that on the days it isn’t there, you notice at four in the afternoon, not at two in the morning.
-
Yours, before the day takes the rest
Fifteen minutes claimed early or late, without asking anyone’s permission. Small, daily, and completely your own.

clarifications.
Your first seven days are with our compliments. No charge. No obligation. Your nervous system requires time to build trust with a new practice — we honour that completely.
Yes. Cancel from your member portal in a single click, at any time — there is no contract and no minimum term. Your access remains active through the end of the billing period. No emails. No dark patterns.
Then today, that’s exactly what the practice meets. Sessions are tagged by time and physical constraint, so you choose only what your body has to give — often that’s a chair, a wall, or lying still. On the days there’s more available, the practice meets that too.
Either. A Program meets a specific moment — a particular pattern, start to finish. The Library is where you practice day to day: before a Program, after one, or alongside it.
The library is arranged in five categories, each named for a state rather than a style — a few quiet minutes, a longer fluid practice, targeted ease, deep rest, building capacity — plus a short orientation. Open the one that matches today and you’ll find a short, titled list: a handful of sessions, not a wall of content. Nothing is locked or sequenced, so choosing takes a moment rather than a decision. Every title and length is listed on this page, so you can see the whole collection before you join.
The library is cycle-aware. Sessions are tagged by hormonal phase so that you can match your practice to your body's actual energetic capacity — not a generic schedule.
Sessions are organized by physical setting: chair, wall, floor, standing, or audio-only. You can practice at your desk, on a flight, or lying on your office floor. Most sessions need nothing at all; a few restorative ones invite a cushion or a bolster you already own.
